Welcome to Supporting Our Survivors, where we stand with survivors of human trafficking and work tirelessly to bring justice to the victims. Every year, we host our annual golf tournament to raise vital funds that directly support the Human Exploitation and Trafficking Unit (HEAT) and the Human Exploitation Recovery Operation Team (H.E.R.O). These courageous teams are on the frontlines, dedicated to prosecuting sex traffickers and safeguarding victims from the devastating crime of human trafficking. The funds raised through our tournament enable these teams to continue their crucial work—investigating trafficking networks, rescuing survivors, and providing the resources needed for their rehabilitation. With your support, we are able to make a lasting impact, helping victims rebuild their lives and ensuring that those who exploit others face justice. Human and Sex Trafficking is one of the fastest growing crimes in our country. Each year, Washoe County and the surrounding area is a growing hotspot for sex trafficking, particularly of our children. On any given night, girls as young as 11 years old are being sold for sex on our streets. Join us in the fight against human trafficking by taking action to rescue its victims. Together, we can make Reno a safer place. Thank you for standing with us and supporting this important cause.

Our History
In 2013, Catherine Cortez Masto, our current U.S. Senator, spearheaded legislation which defined Sex Trafficking as a crime, increased penalties for perpetrators and enhanced law enforcement tools for prosecutors. Since the passage of this legislation, it has been our priority to raise money for the victims/survivors of Human and Sex Trafficking in Northern Nevada.
